Our HOA had hired Emiroglu for bookkeeping services and to perform some architectural or home exterior inspections for real estate resale packages. The firm reneged on the resale packages and was not fair in releasing HOA information to members of the community as required by Maryland HOA Act.
While their price was low, we got what we paid for so to say. Linda Emiroglu had admitted that she did not have any community management credentials, but said she had an MBA which was better. In our case, the degree was of no benefit.
the firm sought to terminate our contract after only 4 months. This caused us more legal review expenses.
Please insure you have everything specifically spelled out in any contract you sign with this firm.
